Boil "nasha" (wheat starch /Amylum Tritici of Triticum aestivum) + Ceratonia siliqua fruit syrup (see entry) + "shabba" (Alum) (hydrated double sulfate salt of aluminium) or sour Pomegranate juice (Punica) or NaHCO3 (Sodium bicarbonate) + butter until ointment /paste is formed. Spread inside mouth.

Notes

1. In recipes for Triticum different parts of the wheat kernal, composed of 3 principal fractions, are used; bran (13-17%), germ or embryo (2-3%) & endosperm (80-85%), rich in starch.

Cautions

Triticum aestivum can cause bowel obstruction in those with stenotic lesions of Gastrointestinal tract or with inadequate fluid intake. Do not take with anti-peristaltics.
