Cook root + "tayun" (Dittrichia viscosa) + olive branches + "maryameyeh" (Salvia fruticosa) + "sheba" (Artemisia arborescens); store in a closed pot. Patient stands in loose clothing over steam from pot as long as possible, then goes to bed & avoids getting cold.

2. Cook root in water + "sheba" (Artemisia arborescens) + cooking salt & store in bottle; gargle daily morning & evening.
